Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 5, 2026
The short version
Harbor does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything happens locally on your Mac.
Data collection
Harbor collects no data whatsoever. The app does not contain any analytics frameworks, tracking pixels, crash reporters, or telemetry of any kind. There are no network requests made by Harbor — it operates entirely offline.
Local processing
Harbor reads process information from your system using standard macOS APIs to discover running development servers. This information is displayed to you in the app and is never transmitted anywhere. Theme preferences and session data are stored locally in UserDefaults on your machine and are not accessible to anyone else.
Third-party services
Harbor uses no third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. There is no server-side component to this application.
Children's privacy
Since Harbor collects no data from anyone, it inherently complies with all children's privacy regulations.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Given that Harbor collects no data, meaningful changes are unlikely.
